A Jumpingland team member will set up and dismantle the jumping castle. They will arrive at least 30 minutes before your booking time to handle the setup.

Yes the castle blower needs to be plugged into mains power, if none is available then we can hire you our petrol blower or you are welcome to source your own generator.

The combos and slides are suitable for ages up to 12 years old and the jumping castles are suitable for ages up to 10 years old. STRICTLY NO TEENAGERS OR ADULTS ALLOWED.

The number of kids that can use the jumping castle depends on its size and the children's ages. Generally, it can accommodate 6-8 kids at a time.

Jumpinglands is fully insured, a copy of our insurance policy is available on request.

Yes, we can provide supervision for the jumping castle. Our team members, who hold blue card certificates, can supervise for $35 an hour.

You can cancel your Jumping Castle hire 7 Days before the delivery date. Half of the amount paid as a deposit will be submitted. Jumpingland has no cancellation fees for heavy rain or wind.

Yes, in some cases! Grass is usually the easiest option, but we may be able to set up on concrete or another hard surface if the area is suitable and we can anchor it safely. Tell us about your setup spot when you book, and we’ll help you work out the best option!
