Who sets up the jumping castle?

Our team at Jumpingland will handle both the setup and dismantling of the jumping castle. We’ll arrive at least 30 minutes before your booking time to ensure everything is ready for your event.

Does the castle need power? What can I do if no power is available?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the castle blower requires mains power. If no power is available, we can provide a petrol blower for hire, or you can use your own generator.

What ages are the castles suitable for?

Our combos and slides are perfect for kids up to 12 years old, while the jumping castles are ideal for children up to 10 years old. Please note: no teenagers or adults are allowed.

How many kids can use the jumping castle at once?

The capacity depends on the castle size and the children's ages. Typically, 6-8 kids can enjoy the castle at the same time.

Do you have insurance? Can I get a copy?

Can you provide supervision for the jumping castle?

Absolutely! We offer supervision services for $35 an hour. Our team members are certified with blue cards to ensure safety.

What happens if we cancel our hire?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel your booking up to 7 days before the delivery date. Half of your deposit will be refunded. We don’t charge cancellation fees for bad weather like heavy rain or wind.

Can you set up a castle on concrete or another hard surface?

Yes, we can! While grass is the easiest option, we can also set up on concrete or other hard surfaces if the area is safe and suitable. Let us know your setup spot when booking, and we’ll help you find the best solution.
